Payment for goods
Cheques are to be made payable to Town and Country Sports Ltd, if paying by cheque please put your cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque.
Credit cards, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Electron. Town & Country Sports Ltd website is both safe and secure, we use the latest encryption technology for your safety
Town and Country Sports Ltd will not debit money from your account until your order is dispatched.

All information that comes into our possession will remain private and confidential to Town & Country Sports Ltd. All data collected is treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Security
When you place an order with us, the information you send is protected by Secure Server software (SSL) and encrypted. After you've selected the items you wish to order, your browser will go into 'secure mode' (usually indicated by displaying a padlock) before asking for any of your details.
On completing your purchase, you will leave 'secure mode'.
Delivery
Town & Country Sports Ltd will try to despatch all orders within 3 working days of the order being received, however this may not always be possible, due to unforeseen events such as temporarily being out of stock. Therefore please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
We use 3 methods of Delivery, Royal Mail which will be delivered with your normal mail, Express Couriers who deliver the day after dispatch (Incurs £12.50 charge + Contact the shop on 01489 787962 if this is required), leaving a card if there is no one in, they will require a signature on delivery unless instructed otherwise it is therefore important to provide us with a manned address for delivery. Finally we may have goods dispatch direct from the manufacturer.
Should your order be returned to us undelivered, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee for sending the goods out a second time.

Town & Country Sports Ltd regret that at this time we are unable to deliver outside of the British Isles, unless by special request. Please call on 01489 787962 Mon-Sat 9-5pm if you would like to request this service.
Postage and Packing Free delivery by standard means on orders over £39.00 for express delivery add £12.50
If you would like to make special arrangements for delivery please contact us directly.

Refunds and Exchanges
Damaged or Faulty goods
In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged or faulty which in your opinion is due to a manufacturing error please return the item immediately for our inspection.
Please note: We may have to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. Items deemed to be a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge and your return postage costs also refunded.
Returns
Town & Country Sports Ltd will refund or exchange any unsoiled item (with tickets still attached) returned to us within 28 days of original delivery date. You can claim a full refund less postage or alternatively exchange any item.
If the item to be returned is due to an incorrect order sent by Town And Country Sports then we will refund the cost of the return postage. If the item to be returned is due to incorrect ordering or an item you have decided you do not want then Town and Country Sports will not refund the return postage and if the inital carriage charge was free we will deduct this from the refund amount.
We advise that you use the Post Office Parcel service, for parcels valued over £20 or if the parcel is valued below £20 obtain a proof of postage certificate.
Town & Country Sports Ltd is not liable for returned parcels in transit, in the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.
OTHER GOODS (Excluding footwear)
Standard size goods ordered may be returned for full refund of cost (excluding carriage) if returned to us new and unused with their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Special Order goods may not be returned.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Goods and/or footwear which we do not stock regularly will constitute a Special Order and as such may not be returned. We shall notify you prior to accepting your order if goods and/or footwear constitute a Special Order to allow you the opportunity to reconsider and cancel if you wish. Once we have confirmed our acceptance of a Special Order it may not be cancelled and you will be liable for payment of the purchase price in full.
GOODS RETURNED UNDER GUARANTEE must be returned CLEAN otherwise your claim cannot be considered.
Stock levels and price changes
Town & Country Sports Ltd endeavour to keep a full selection of all stock, but this is not always possible, should you order an item that is out of stock we will advise you and may recommend an alternative. Any substitute item supplied that is not satisfactory can be returned.
Should you wish to order an item that is not listed in the online shop, please feel free to contact us directly and request the item.
Town & Country Sports Ltd endeavour to keep up to date with all price changes, this however is not always possible, Town & Country Sports Ltd therefore reserve the right to discontinue a line or change price at any time.
Pictures
We endeavour to provide the best available pictures on our website, however some pictures may misrepresent the product. We apologise for any confusion that may be caused by this, if in doubt please contact us directly.
Right to cancel
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery.

Town & Country Sports Ltd takes steps to prevent computer viruses from being transmitted via electronic data transfer, but cannot guarantee that our website, e-mails or linked websites do not contain computer virus code. You are therefore strongly advised to undertake anti virus checks. Town & Country Sports Ltd undertakes no liability for loss or damage howsoever caused.
Town & Country Sports Ltd are not responsible for the content found on linked websites. Town & Country Sports Ltd operate in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and The E – commerce Regulations 2002. Age Restricted Goods
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are self certifying that you are of the required age to purchase said item(s). (It is an illegal act to purchase an age restricted item when under the required age) The following list shows examples of age restricted items.
Knives,: minimum age 18 years and can only be purchased in the shop
Air Rifles and Pellets minimum age 18 years and can only be purchased in the shop
Shotguns require current shotgun certificate and can only be purchased in the shop.
Town & Country Sports Ltd Will do promotions from time to time, to qualify for a promotion you will need to have a voucher, these will be distributed by Town & Country Sports Ltd by several methods, In Store, At trade fairs and by Email or any other method appropriate. A promotion may only be redeemed online at point of purchase (Not In store or by Phone). The parameters of each voucher will be set out on the voucher.
